Holy Moly, there is something about these cookies that just scream “Wooooo!”  Recently I attended a family gathering for my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and so I did some baking in their honor, The Male Baker style. Not only did people shout “woo” to congratulate my grandparents on their life together, but my cookies got many “woo’s” themselves. Everyone had to try a bite of these cookies both because they looked and tasted so good and because grandma would have frowned upon them if they didn’t. So take my advice and avoid getting frowned upon by my wonderful grandma and bake these cookies as soon as you have a craving. I can guarantee that the Nutella in these babies will have you wanting them into the wee hours of the night. They are a great sensation paired with some chilled milk at any time of the day!

I think about these muffins all the time! Ever since I made these  I can’t help myself but to drool over the thought of eating another one. When I first made this recipe in cake form I taunted you by saying all the amazing things about it. For starters, I was not fibbing when I told you that this cake is easy peezy to make. Although these Coffee Cake muffins do take a little bit longer to put together since you have to layer each one individually, it is soo worth it! You can do it…I promise. And you can be sure that when The Male Baker makes a promise, it is legit.

Now if you don’t have the time to bake these muffins, it is definitely a shame. The least you can do is email this recipe to your mom or grandma and tell them to bake it for your birthday. If this is your only shot than I strongly suggest you make a wise decision. You can thank me later for this suggestion.

Otherwise known as Cowboy Cookies, these Sweet and Salty cookies with pretzels bring out all of my favourite tastes to the table. The batter is jam packed with all sorts of goodies, including semi-sweet chocolate, rolled oats, and salty pretzels. The top is decorated with more salty pretzels to impress anyone who takes a bite or even a look. Since I have moved back to Calgary for the summer, it is the perfect time to come out with a recipe like this for all of my fellow Calgarians who love to go to the Calgary Stampede for a hoot and a holler. For all those who have not heard of this event, it is the BIGGEST Outdoor Show on Earth!! With a crazy outdoor rodeo, stomach throwing rides, and the weirdest assortment of carnies, this is an event that needs something like Cowboy Cookies to really make a splash. So get on your cowboy hats, boots, and saddle up while you conjure up this next recipe, and be careful not to get bucked off of your seat in the process!
